The Anaheim Ducks have come off a successful 2005-06 Season
having made it all the way to The N.H.L. Western Conference Finals. They lost the series to The Edmonton Oilers.

OPENING WEEKEND 2006: The Ducks wo their first two opening games, by
defeating The Los Angeles Kings 5 to 4 on Friday, October 6th; and defeating The Phoenix Coyotes by a score of 2 to 1 on Saturday,
October 7th. The franchise started the season with name changes. The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim are now The Anaheim Ducks; and the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim is now called The Honda Center.

OCTOBER 10th, 2006: The Anaheim Ducks defeated The St. Louis Blues by a score
of 2 to 0. This is the first time in Ducks Franchise History that the team has opened thheir season with a three game winning
streak.

2-1 (Nov. 30), and The Los Angeles Kings 4-3 (Dec. 2).

APRIl 7th, 2007: The Anaheim Ducks captured the NHL Pacific Division Championship
by defeating the Blue Jackets 4 to 3 in Columbus, Ohio. The Anaheim Ducks went on to face the Minnesota Wild in the
first round of the Stanley Cup Play Offs.
